Article VIII – Grand decree of diplomacy and alliance 

By order of the king, Lord Frederick William Cook, in accordance with the micronation of Newfredland, we hereby establish the rules and goals of setting forth alliances and diplomacy. Newfredland is a nation that prides itself on peace and neutrality in conflicts, to this, we have no standing army and only a civilian knighted militia force to quell potential invasion. Newfredland stands forth as a nation that wishes an alliance with other sovereignties and micronations, and will always seek diplomacy first and foremost.

We are open to diplomatic talks and will actively seek out formal alliances and arrangements that are mutually beneficial. We can offer assistance to fledgling nations (as we are going through the same), and we can help them in many ways, so long as it is mutually beneficial to all parties.
